Liily cooper ships via Australia Post.
Delivery is a flat rate of $15.00 per order Australia wide.
At this time we are not shipping 'vases/pots'.
We make every effort to process your order within 24 hrs of receiving it. Packing is normally undertaken on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude ACT public holidays. If you make a purchase on a non-business day, the order will processed on the next business day. Lilly cooper uses either Australia Post or Couriers depending on what is best suited to your purchase and where you live. Once your order is ready for sending you will receive a tracking number sent to your email address you have entered when ordering.
You should receive your order in 3-10 days depending on your location, and we ask you to track your parcel for its status.
Please note that during sales and peak periods dispatch times may vary and be up to 5 days. We thank you for your patience during this time while we pack & ship your order as quickly as we can.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed on the home page and may vary from time to time.
If you are located outside of Australia and wish to purchase from us, we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote based on your requirements. Simply use the contact us page and let us know the details and we will provide you with a quote.

Returns & Exchanges
At Lilly cooper, we do our best to represent our goods online the best we can. However, please choose carefully as we do not refund based on change of mind, or if you have found the product at a lesser price, or if your need for the product has changed. We are more than willing to offer you an exchange or credit note, however there are no exchanges, credit notes or refunds on sale items.
Please contact us via email or telephone if you decide to return the goods for an exchange or credit note. Please return the goods to us in new condition, complete with tags and any original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice clearly showing the item that is being returned. We do not cover any postage for returned goods.
Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will email you acknowledging receipt and organise a credit note/exchange.
Product Damaged or Faulty
While all care is taken by us to ensure your goods are quality checked and securely packed for delivery please contact us at email@example.com should your order arrive damaged with the following information:
- your order number and date
- your contact details including full name, address, phone number & email address.
- a description of the problem and photographic evidence
- a request for either an exchange or store credit (an exchange is dependant on our available stock or availability from supplier)

We take every care to ensure that every product image and colours are as close a representation as possible. Please use these images as a guide, as colours on your screen may vary slightly to the original product.
Many of our products are handmade and have imperfections which we believe adds to their beauty and individuality. They are the mark of the artisan who made them, should you have any queries about any product please contact us prior to purchase and we would be happy to answer your questions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If in some unfortunate cases we are unable to fill your order we will contact you and offer a refund or credit. We sincerely apologise in the event this should occur.
We will do our very best to respond to all emails within 24hrs Monday to Friday. During sales or peak periods we may unfortunately take a little longer as we are a tiny team of two.
All prices listed on the Lilly cooper website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% gst.
Lilly cooper reserves the right to change our advertised prices without notice. All purchases currently in progress will be honoured.
We regard the personal information of all our customers to be private. Therefore we will not share any of your information to any third parties.
By providing us with your personal information you do give us authority to contact you in the future regarding promotional emails or sale events. You can at any time opt out from receiving further emails from us.
Our gift vouchers are not refundable.
Sale and promotional pricing does not apply to gift vouchers.
They are valid for a period of 12 months from purchase date.

Our venture to on-line sales is one that has come out of need in March 2020, where with social distancing, we want to offer our customers the opportunity to shop from the comfort of your home at any time.
