Shipping policy

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hrs of receiving it.  Packing is normally undertaken on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude ACT public holidays. If you make a purchase on a non-business day,  the order will processed on the next business day. Lilly cooper uses either Australia Post or Selected Courier Companies, depending on what is best suited to your purchase and location you live.  Once your order is ready for sending you will receive a tracking number sent to your email address you have entered when ordering.  

Lilly Cooper can't be held responsible for delays in shipping from third party carriers.
