Shipping Information

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hrs of receiving it.  Packing is normally undertaken on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude ACT public holidays. If you make a purchase on a non-business day,  the order will processed on the next business day. Lilly cooper uses either Australia Post or Couriers depending on what is best suited to your purchase and where you live.  Once your order is ready for sending you will receive a tracking number sent to your email address you have entered when ordering.  

You should receive your order in 5-10 days depending on your location, and we ask you to track your parcel for its status.  You receive your tracking information via an email.
